What makes your products unique?

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, and other secure solutions. All transactions are protected by advanced encryption (SSL), ensuring optimal security for your data.

How to choose the right size for your t-shirts?

A) Length

Place the end of the tape measure next to the collar, at the top of the t-shirt (highest point of the shoulder). Pull the tape measure down to the bottom of the t-shirt.
 

B) Half chest circumference

Lay the garment on a flat surface and measure from left to right across the chest, approximately 2cm below the arms.


C) Size

Size of child most likely to fit the specific size.

Measurements are provided by suppliers and garments may be smaller or larger with a difference of +/- 2.5 cm (1 in).

Do you offer custom creations?

Personalization

Will the “Papettelie” watermark be present on printed creations?

No, the "Papettelie" watermark you see on the online previews will not be printed on the finished products. It is only used to protect the visuals. All designs you receive will be printed without the watermark, with a clean, high-quality finish.

Can I change colors, fonts and add elements to the designs?

Of course! Our online customization tools allow you to modify text, colors, and even add or remove certain elements to adapt our creations to your tastes and theme. A real-time preview lets you see the result before finalizing your order.

Can I order a creation in another language?

Yes, it's absolutely possible! All our texts are editable, allowing you to adapt them to the language of your choice directly from our customization tool.

How can I customize my mobile invitation?

After your purchase, you'll automatically receive an email with a link to a PDF file with all the necessary instructions to customize your invitation using Canva. No software required—it's all done online!

Here are the steps:

  1. Open the PDF and click the Canva edit link.
  2. Change the text, colors and graphics as you wish.
  3. Download your personalized invitation to your computer or phone.
  4. Easily share it with your guests via message or email!

I'm not comfortable with Canva, can you help me?

Order & Delivery

How and when will I receive my digital product?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link to retrieve your file. Remember to check your spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox.

What are the delivery times?

We prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible:

  • Digital products : available immediately after your payment.
  • Printed products : processing within 1 to 2 business days, then estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days.
  • Textile products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) : processing within 4 to 6 working days, then estimated delivery within 4 to 7 working days.

What are your delivery methods?

We deliver within France with DPD, guaranteeing fast and secure shipping. For international orders, we select carriers suited to each destination to ensure optimal delivery.

How are the posters packaged?

We take special care in packaging your posters so that they arrive in perfect condition:

  • A4 format : shipped flat in a rigid cardboard envelope.
  • A3 and 50x70 cm formats : rolled and protected in a reinforced cardboard tube.

Returns & Changes

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because personalized products are designed especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your order is defective (printing issue, manufacturing error), please contact us immediately so we can find a solution together.

Can I order a different size than those offered?

If you require a specific format that is not listed on our site, please contact us and we will see if an adaptation is possible.
