How do I personalize my items?

The personalization of your items is done via our online personalization tool, directly on our website.
You can change the fonts, size, color and positioning of the texts. Each element is not mandatory: you can delete it and choose not to complete anything. A preview of your creation is available to allow you to see the final result before validation. The colors may be slightly different from the photo rendering.

Are your maps available in other languages?

The default language of the texts is French, but all texts are fully customizable. You can modify them and translate them into the language of your choice using our online customization tool. We offer international delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are:

  • Printed Products : Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped according to carrier lead times. Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days.
  • Digital Products : You will receive your PDF file by email immediately after order confirmation.
  • Textile products: Orders are generally processed within 4 to 6 business days and then shipped according to carrier deadlines. Estimated delivery within 4 to 7 business days.

What delivery methods are offered?

We offer delivery in France only with the DPD carrier for fast and secure shipping. We also deliver internationally via carriers adapted for each destination.

How to receive digital products?

As soon as your order is validated, we will send you a download link directly by email. Remember to check your junk mail if you do not receive it quickly.

How can I contact you?

Do you do custom designs for events?

Yes, we create personalized products adapted to your events (birthdays, baptisms, births, weddings, etc.). Do not hesitate to browse our custom page to have all the necessary information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Personalized products unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot be held responsible for any errors on your part during personalization.
However, if you encounter a problem with your order, such as a printing defect for example, contact us so that we can find a solution.

Would you like a different size than those offered?

Do not hesitate to contact us, we can offer you other formats.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and other secure solutions. All transactions are protected to ensure the safety of your information.

How do I customize my mobile invitation via CANVA?

1. After your purchase, you will automatically receive a link to download a PDF with all the explanations on how to customize your file on Canva.
2. Modify the different elements you want on your file via the link present in the PDF.
3. Download your file directly to your computer
4. Send your digital invitation by message to your guests.
